The Details

12 session PT Package

Sessions are 45 minutes each

If you have holiday booked, we can reschedule your sessions so you don’t miss out! You have 16 weeks to use your sessions so plenty of flexibility :)

Location - Sessions are based at my new Coaching Cabin in St Martins (address sent after booking). Outside space (with countryside view!) and inside space for all weather workouts!

Cost - 3 monthly payments of £195

Want to train with a friend?…Duo sessions are available from £135 per month

I’m so happy I signed up to train with Lou, I did duo PT to make me even more accountable and it was fun to train with a friend. Lou listened to what we both needed from the sessions. She has a gentle approach but pushed us both and gave great health tips to follow along the way. I highly recommend Lou for all your fitness requirements

I have now found a kinder way to look after myself whilst also feeling happy, healthy and fit. The programme Lou has created is tailored to my goals and is friendly to my ‘have I done enough’ syndrome! I love that I can re-do the exercises in my own time at home, which is my Friday ‘treat’, as it’s the only workout in the week I want to get out of bed for!
Together we have set a realistic plan in food and fitness which has totally re-shaped my lifestyle into good habits and a long-term way of life. I am so grateful to be guided by Louise and feel so happy to have started this new way of living.

Lou is a really supportive and motivating PT who pushes you to achieve goals, but at the same time respects your abilities and in my case a recent ankle injury. She also dealt very well with my whinging! I really appreciated the ‘homework’ workouts which is great as you have a resource to refer back to and keep you on track. Training outside really makes it, especially with the gorgeous views.
