What’s Included
- 12 weeks of 1:1 online coaching with me, Lou, a fully qualified Personal Trainer with 10 years experience. We will be using a top fitness coaching app (you don’t need to be any good with tech, promise!)
- Initial chat to discuss your goals, current health and fitness, your routine and needs
- Weekly training plan with 3 workouts per week (including video demos for each exercise)
- Bespoke workouts tailored to your ability, goals and equipment
- Location flexability. You can choose to do your workouts at home or at the gym (or anywhere else!)
- Time flexibility. You decide when to get your workouts done. I’ll be notified when you’ve logged a workout!
- Your progress tracked. Its up to you what you’d like to track, whether that’s reps, weights lifted, body measurements, photos or simply how you are feeling from week to week. It all depends on your own individual goals and I’m here to help you reach them.
- Regular encouragement and feedback given on your workouts via comments
- Weekly check-ins via direct message
- Tons of accountability. It’s like having your Personal Trainer in your pocket!
- Monthly review to keep improving and progressing your programme as you get stronger
The Details
12 Week Programme, tailored to your needs!
Commitment - 3 workouts per week - 30-45 mins long
Location and time - All online. Complete your workouts when and where it suits you. I’ll be checking regularly!
Cost - 3 monthly payments of £175.
After the 12 weeks, you then have the option to continue on a monthly basis if you’d like to.
