How does it work?

  1. I will come into your office for either a half day or full day and see staff members on a 1:1 basis for 25 minute sessions. These session slots would be booked beforehand. All I need from you is a room and a list of names with their allocated session time. Leave the rest to me.

    During a half day booking, I can see up to 6 employees and a full day, up to 12 employees

  2. In the session, we will go through a short wellness assessment and then go back to some of the problem areas to discuss in more detail. I will make sure the employee feels listened to and understood and will ask further questions to try to get to the root cause of what’s holding them back. Together we will then discuss ideas of what may help and next steps to take. Each employee will leave the session feeling motivated, knowing exactly what they need to do to start improving their wellbeing.

  3. After the sessions, I will then send out follow up emails to each employee, to go over what we discussed, the actions we agreed on and will include any resources that I feel would benefit them at this stage.

  4. Two weeks later, I will then send another email to each employee to check in with them and ask how they are getting on with the actions we discussed. I can then support them to make further changes if needed. Knowing that I am going to follow up with them will give the employees accountability and help with motivation to make changes.

The short session was really useful to look at identifying if there were any areas that I could make improvements to my daily routine, to manage stress and to be healthier. It was a really positive experience

I’m a qualified Personal Trainer, Nutrition Advisor and Wellness Coach and I’m here to help as many people as I can to feel happier and healthier by making small, simple and sustainable changes to their lifestyle.

A few day-to-day things I love: morning walks, vegetables of every kind (the more colour on my plate the better!), good coffee, being in the sea all year round, cliff runs and chocolate!
